We, Human, has a delicate system. In fact, we have 9 systems and 209 bones in Man and 210 in Women. Diet or eating healthy are words that we all hear frequently in those days. Did you ever asked yourself, why? this is because the plants are grown chemically at a shorter elapse of time in a large scale. in order to meet the demands of the public. thus, it is produced commercially. in other words, we don't really have the wild fruits. if ever, we have the wild fruits and vegetables, who will travel miles to go in the forest and have some? it will be hardly no one or may be some will go to buy them on the markets as biological foods. in order to reach more in the gross profit margin.
We will all need to understand something and which is obvious. i will put it straight and clear. Our body was created to adapt in the environment and nowadays, this environment or surrounding has changed. Obviously, those changes have a great impact on the Human's health. Now, it is simple to understand that long time ago, the foods were grown freely and in the present time, they are grown artificially. Henceforth, this has carved us into a dietary program.
What we, people need to understand is that, we are reading lots of healthy stuffs. but, many scientists and fruitarians have shown in public that fruits are generatively bad in high quantity. in contradiction, many books and other means of education will put it that eat as much as fruits we can. of course, we need to avoid exaggeration. some scientific surveys have render in public that eating fruits on large amounts daily can provoke a row of health disorders. Basically, the explanation is so simple that the fruits are chemically grown. thus, the chemical substances have a side effect on the health. Logically, consuming fruits and vegetables as main courses in large amount is literally wrong. despite that the sugar bonds are chemically simple but still the fruits produce some chemical effects on the body. one can experience the real effect from a wild or naturally grown fruit compared to the another. The most common challenges that someone will face when over-eating fruits and vegetables are dental decay, osteoporosis, wasting of muscle tissue, inability to maintain a healthy weight, chronic fatigue, skin problems, thinning hair, weakening nails, and excessive irritability.
Now, i will give you some tips foe a health lifestyle.
- Alcohol -is a detrimental liquid which when absorbed excessively into the bloodstream has a negative effect to the body. Alcohol is the enemy of the human and like to ruin the brain. But, alcohol in moderation is really good to the body. sometimes, it eases the blood flow system and eliminate toxins. A glass of red wine will be comparatively better than a white wine. two glasses will be bad for the health. Very often, some people say so many crap things that beers are bad for the health and so on. are you aware that beers are made from many natural raw products like malts and so on. it is made from natural ingredients and brewed. a pint of beer was never detrimental but, again, excess of beer will be bad.
- Olive Oils - we have all overheard that cooking oils are really bad for us. Instead, we can use olive oil to cook foods. it is scientifically proven to help the alimentary tract, bowel cavity, the hairs and so many beneficial effects. Extra- virgin oil will be the 1st grade of oil. Olive should be included in our meals. Olive oil has merely successful demonstrated that they are best for a healthy hair. the tip of how to apply it wisely on the hair will be. Place some oil in a container and heat it in the microwave at about 2 minutes. then, apply the oil on the dry scalp and at the roots of the hair. comb the hair and let the hair stand on its end. wash it after 30 minutes.
- Consult this list as eating eligible foods; vegetables preferable in raw state, wholegrain (cereals, breads, Pasta), sea foods (mainly fishes), fruits with low glycemic index (avoid bananas and melons), eat healthy seeds, legumes, meat - direct source of protein (lean meat, poultry, fish, eggs, ham), include canned foods - contain calcium as preservatives (baked beans, tuna, salmon and tomatoes), beverages (sparkling water, tomato juice, herbal tea, natural water and 100% fruit juice), dairy products ( low-fat milk, butter and yogurt, low fat mayonnaise and low fat mozzarella) and brown rice.
- Things to avoid are: - dressings, cooking oils, condiments, refined sugars, honeys, frozen pizzas, pocket sandwiches, desserts, sugary snacks, pastries, apple pies, battered and deep fried foods, sugary frizzy drinks, processed lunch meats, greasy snack snips (crisps), white breads, refined pastas, canned spaghetti, sugary breakfast cereals, frozen fried chickens, fish sticks, peanuts, alcohol, Caesar salad, raisins, hot dogs, pizzas, any form of chocolates, bagels, donuts, steaks, french fries, pancakes, yellow eggs breakfast, chicken wings, sausages and breaded meats.
As a matter of conclusion, eat green orange and yellow vegetables to stay on a healthy line. Drink a considerable high amount of water to urinate frequently. this practice will help to flush the urethra often and get rid of the bacteria. Avoid processed foods and rely much on the sources mentioned above. hope that we all understand that our food and body are no more like in the past. so, we should have an eye on the labels for the nutritional value before going for a purchase. i know that it is or it will be harsh. but, there are 2 ways either continue with malnutrition or opt for balanced meal. the fact that we all, use to a bad habit of eating. so, it is hard to get out from that pot hole or from that vicious circle. give a try to health foods along with a planned program of exercise to which one likes to practice. you will see the improvement.
